Embry-Riddle
The Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University center at Eglin is one of over 120 Extended Campus locations across the United States and Europe. These centers provide continuous aviation-related educational opportunities to both undergraduate and graduate students. At the undergraduate level, Embry-Riddle offers an Associate and Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics.

The University of West Florida is located in Pensacola, Florida. UWF Emerald Coast consists of branch campus locations throughout Okaloosa County (Eglin AFB, Crestview, Hurlburt Field, and Fort Walton Beach). UWF also maintains an Online Campus presence for students who are not in local areas. In October 2002, active-duty service members began receiving 100% tuition assistance at UWF.
