I am looking for an apartment in the Crestview or Niceville region. I do not want to live too far from the new 7th SFG (A) compound. I have tried looking online but I have had little luck. To give you an idea of my budget I am single, have no dependents, and I am a 1LT. What places would you recommend, or who can you direct me to so I can get more information? Thank you for your time.

There are a variety of housing options, including rentals, available in Okaloosa, Walton and the surrounding counties. Today, military members have access to a system that formerly was only available to the base/post housing offices. It is called the Automated Housing Referral Network (AHRN) and this site allows active duty members to search for available housing at their new installation based on their estimated BAH, a specific community (such as Crestview and Niceville), number of bedrooms and other amenities.
