Military Spouse Training Scholarships
ATTENTION BRAC MILITARY SPOUSES: JobsPlus currently has scholarship dollars available for military spouses who had to resign their jobs due to BRAC and PCS to Eglin AFB. If determined eligible, these funds can be used to help spouses transfer licenses and certifications, pay for tuition, books and other training related fees. Training must be geared towards employment in one of the fields specified on the Targeted Occupations List (TOL). The TOL is a list of targeted occupations that reflects the major industries in our region. The TOL is based on the needs of employers in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and training in these areas ensures employers have access to highly trained and skilled employees.
